He ensures that the Carrion King’s laws and edicts are followed – no matter how insane they may be – and those who transgress are punished with grisly fates. A cunning orator, Gormayne spurs his ghoulish ‘juries’ into a frothing rage, condemning foes to be bloodily torn apart.
