PreOrder/Refund/Return/Cancellations Guide

Cancellations -

If you wish to cancel an order please contact Support@protechgames.co.uk quoting Cancellation #(Order Number) and filling in the cancellation form before we dispatch your items Please find our cancellation form at the bottom of any of our shop pages and send it back to us signed. If the cancellation is in respect to our Pre-Order Service this has to be done within 14 days of the request/payment. Any Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred by ourselves due to termination of service. (Please also See Pre Order Service Below)

Returns -

DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN REFERANCE NUMBER. Returns without a referance will be rejected upon delivery.

In the event that you receive products you are unhappy with / Defective please contact our sales team on Support@protechgames.co.uk to arrange a return, We will cover costs incurred for the return and we can arrange a replacement, rework or refund. None Defect returns are the Buyers responsibility for Postal Costs of the Return. These are still a Cancellation and need a Cancallation form completing and returning to us before the goods are sent back. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to archive that goal. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns need to be sent to - Pro Tech Games, 7 Marston Court, Marston Road, Portrack, Stockton-On-Tees TS18 2PN With appropriate packaging/Insurance cover and a covering letter with order details included. Returns must arrive in the condition they left Pro Tech Games and once inspected a refund will be processed. This is the Buyers Responsibility.

Refunds -

Please allow 28 days for this to be processed as this is also dependent on the payment provider.

Pre Order Service -

All our Pre-Orders include a none refundable 10% Deposit to secure the item.

All our Pre-Orders will be tagged/marked with a Pre-Order marker and found in our Pre-Order Section. Our Pre-Orders are usually only offered once we have confirmed stock from our Distributors but we do understand the market and some times product is allocated. While we will endevour to precure your item some times we have no choice but to offer a full Refuns including your deposit.

Street Dates -

When orderning an item please note we will not ship until the advertised street date by the manufacturer.
