Rules Updates and Reminders.

1) 3D Printed models will no longer be allowed in any form, We tried the rule of cool but that has come with various complaints so unfortunately a 0 tolerance is now in place for events.
2) Points for the Invitational will also cover painted armies gaining bonus points including Best painted
3) Models MUST be in the new/current rule set and not legends.
